Schneider Electric Names Preeti Bajaj EVP Of Home Solutions Division

Schneider Electric, the global leader in energy management and automation, has announced the appointment of Preeti Bajaj as Executive Vice President (EVP) of its Home Solutions Division.

In her expanded role, Bajaj will oversee the Home Solutions portfolio, which now includes Luminous Power Technologies—previously led by her—bringing together Schneider Electric’s residential energy offerings under a unified leadership structure. As part of her new responsibilities, Bajaj has also joined the board of Starcharge, a Schneider Electric–managed joint venture. She will continue to be based in Gurgaon, India.

Bajaj brings extensive global leadership experience and a strong record of driving transformation across energy and technology businesses. Most recently, she served as CEO and Managing Director of Luminous Power Technologies, a Schneider Electric-owned company and a leading player in power backup and residential solar solutions in India.

Prior to this, Bajaj was the CEO of Clipsal Solar—now known as Clipsal Cortex, a Schneider Electric Ventures company—where she led international teams and spearheaded the development of advanced renewable energy hardware and software platforms. Earlier in her career at Schneider Electric, she held the role of Vice President, Strategy and Commercial Operations Transformation, contributing to large-scale business and operational initiatives.

With this appointment, Schneider Electric reinforces its commitment to strengthening its home energy ecosystem as demand grows for smarter, more sustainable residential solutions worldwide.\
