Scaler Appoints Ratnakar Reddy To Lead B2B Operations Across India & MENA

Scaler has named Ratnakar Reddy as the new head of its B2B business for India and the MENA region, strengthening the company’s focus on enterprise skilling and AI-driven workforce development. In his new role, Reddy will drive Scaler’s enterprise learning strategy, support digital transformation agendas, and guide the platform’s expansion across government entities, GCCs and large organisations.

His responsibilities include enhancing Scaler’s B2B offerings, scaling regional teams, and shaping industry-ready curricula that serve the evolving needs of IT/ITeS sectors and emerging AI-focused enterprises.
