Samsung Electronics Singapore has appointed Lynn Chong as its new Head of Marketing, entrusting her with leading marketing and communications efforts across both its mobile and consumer electronics divisions. In this expanded role, she will oversee integrated marketing communications, media, social, digital, communications, and brand partnerships to strengthen the brand’s presence in Singapore.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Chong has held senior leadership roles at NTUC FairPrice, OCBC, and leading agencies such as JWT and Ogilvy.

Previously, Chong served as Head of Brand Marketing for Samsung’s Mobile eXperience division for over four years, spearheading marketing efforts for the Galaxy portfolio, including the launch of Samsung’s foldable and AI-enabled devices.
Under her leadership, standout campaigns included the “AI Do” collaboration with Singtel, showcasing Galaxy AI capabilities, and experiential marketing initiatives for the Galaxy Z Series through a long-term partnership with the Singapore Night Festival.
Sharing her thoughts on the appointment, Chong stated:
