TBWA\India has announced the appointment of Samir Sagar as Senior Vice President, further strengthening the agency’s leadership team. With nearly two decades of experience in integrated marketing, communications, and brand management, Sagar brings a proven track record of building brands and leading multi-channel campaigns across diverse industries.
In his new role, Samir Sagar will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing client partnerships, and leading integrated marketing strategies across key accounts. He will also oversee brand development initiatives, focusing on elevating the agency’s creative and strategic capabilities.
Prior to joining TBWA\India, Sagar served as Business Head at Famous Innovations from October 2023 to January 2025, where he led strategic brand mandates and client engagement initiatives. Before that, he had a seven-year tenure at MullenLowe Lintas Group, starting as Associate Vice President in 2016, advancing to Vice President in 2020, and later becoming Senior Vice President in 2022.
Earlier in his career, Sagar worked with McCann Erickson as Brand Leader from 2014 to 2016, handling major accounts in the Mumbai region. He also gained international experience as Brand Partner at The Thinking Machine in Jakarta, Indonesia, from 2013 to 2014. Sagar began his advertising career at McCann Erickson in 2006, where he grew through various roles in client servicing and project management.
