Riddhi Adlakha Joins Nestlé As Region Head – Marketing, Sales & E-commerce IT

Nestlé has announced the appointment of Riddhi Adlakha as the Region Head – Marketing, Sales & E-commerce IT for its Asia, Oceania, and Africa (AOA) markets. In her new role, Riddhi will lead digital transformation across marketing, sales, and commerce functions—strengthening Nestlé’s focus on consumer engagement and innovation across diverse regional markets.

With over 18 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and business operations, Riddhi brings a wealth of cross-industry expertise. Prior to joining Nestlé, she spent more than a decade at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she served as Managing Partner for Digital and Global Head of Digital Marketing.

Her career also includes leadership roles at Blueocean Market Intelligence, Accenture, and Respondez, where she specialized in digital strategy, marketing analytics, and brand communication across sectors such as retail, FMCG, travel, and government.

Riddhi’s appointment highlights Nestlé’s commitment to deepening its digital-first, consumer-centric approach, while aligning global best practices with local market needs. With this strategic addition to its leadership team, Nestlé aims to accelerate innovation and strengthen its marketing and e-commerce ecosystem across the AOA region.
