With more than 14 years of experience spanning customer service, digital brand experience, and ORM, Yash’s addition reinforces the agency’s commitment to elevating its reputation management practice.

Before joining RepIndia, Yash was associated with Games24x7, where he played a crucial role in shaping the organisation’s digital customer experience ecosystem, building engagement, and fostering stronger brand trust across channels.

In his new position, Yash will lead efforts to enhance client delivery by developing deeper listening frameworks and strengthening RepIndia’s ORM capabilities in line with rapidly evolving brand and consumer expectations. He will also focus on advancing the agency’s social intelligence function, refining response systems, and driving customer-experience-led reputation strategies — furthering RepIndia’s long-term vision of becoming a leading strategic communications and ORM partner.
