Reliance Retail has announced the appointment of Kaveri Nag as its new Head of Marketing, further strengthening its leadership team. With more than 16 years of diverse experience in lifestyle retail, luxury automotive, and advertising, Nag brings a wealth of expertise in brand building, consumer engagement, and strategic growth.
Prior to joining Reliance Retail, Nag served as Head of Marketing and Public Relations at United Colors of Benetton India from September 2022 to September 2025, where she led impactful campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and market positioning.
Earlier, she headed marketing at MINI for BMW India (2019–2022), driving integrated marketing and communication strategies while mapping customer journeys to strengthen brand resonance. She also contributed to product innovation and growth initiatives as Chief Growth Officer at Dreamz Unwired (2018–2019).
Her career journey includes senior leadership roles across prominent brands, including BMW India, Natuzzi India, and Marks and Spencer Reliance India Private Limited, where she successfully led marketing communications, brand campaigns, and customer-centric programs.
Nag began her career in advertising and brand communications, working with agencies such as Ogilvy and McCann Erickson, where she managed campaigns and product launches for renowned brands like Gillette, Nescafe, and Ranbaxy.
In her new role at Reliance Retail, Nag is expected to drive strategic marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement to further accelerate the company’s growth and market leadership in the Indian retail landscape.
