Raymond Lifestyle Ltd has announced the appointment of Satyaki Ghosh as its Chief Executive Officer, reinforcing the company’s leadership as it accelerates its next stage of growth and transformation. The move comes as Raymond Lifestyle continues to scale its lifestyle portfolio and strengthen its organisational capabilities.
Ghosh joins Raymond Lifestyle from the Aditya Birla Group, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. In this role, he led a manufacturing-driven business with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, sustainability and profitability, according to the company.
Earlier, he was Chief Executive Officer – Domestic Textiles at the Aditya Birla Group and also headed the Thai Acrylic Fibre business, managing multi-country operations and global manufacturing facilities. With over 25 years of experience, Ghosh has worked across FMCG, textiles, retail and consumer sectors in both B2B and B2C environments.
Ghosh has also spent more than seven years at L’Oréal India, where he held senior leadership positions including Director – Consumer Products Division, overseeing leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier and Maybelline.
