Raymond Lifestyle Appoints Kalpana Singh As Chief Marketing Officer

Raymond Lifestyle Limited has announced the appointment of Kalpana Singh as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective March 2026. Based in Mumbai, Singh will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, brand architecture and consumer engagement initiatives for the lifestyle and apparel brand. Her mandate will focus on strengthening Raymond’s premium positioning while accelerating digital-first growth across its broad retail portfolio.

Kalpana brings more than two decades of experience in global marketing and consumer insights, with a significant part of her career spent at Unilever. Prior to joining Raymond Lifestyle, she served as Marketing Director at Hindustan Unilever (HUL), where she successfully drove growth for the Pears brand, delivering an 18.5% increase and leading a major digital transformation for the brand.

Earlier in her career, Singh spent four years in Dubai as the Personal Care Business Group Director for the Middle East, Turkey and North Africa region. In that role, she managed a portfolio of seven international brands including Lux, Dove and Rexona, overseeing brand strategy and regional marketing initiatives.

Her professional journey also includes key roles in strategy and insights at Nielsen and Young & Rubicam Group. In addition, Singh explored entrepreneurship by launching and running a premium home accessories brand.

With extensive expertise in data-driven marketing, regional storytelling and portfolio management, Singh is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Raymond Lifestyle’s marketing vision and driving consumer engagement across its brands.
