Raymond Dizon Appointed General Manager – Head of Business Growth and Experience at Havas Ortega

Manila, Philippines – October 28, 2025: Havas Ortega has announced the appointment of Raymond “Rai” Dizon as its new General Manager – Head of Business Growth and Experience, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to driving business transformation through creativity, data, and technology.

In his new role, Dizon will lead initiatives focused on business growth and client experience innovation, leveraging digital capabilities, technology platforms, and integrated solutions across the Havas Village ecosystem.

Working alongside Phil Tiongson, General Manager – Head of Systems, Data, Strategy, and Analytics, Dizon will play a pivotal role in bridging creativity, data intelligence, and experience-led transformation to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

His international career includes experience in Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines, giving him a deep understanding of both regional and local market dynamics.
