As Chief Operating Officer at PUMA, Andreas Hubert will oversee the company’s Global Sourcing Operations, which include Sustainability, Product Development, Information Technology (IT), and Logistics. His appointment marks a strategic shift within PUMA’s leadership structure, consolidating Sourcing, IT, and Logistics under the COO to enhance efficiency and streamline responsibilities across the executive team. Previously, these functions were distributed among other board members—Sourcing fell under the Chief Product Officer, IT under the CFO, and Logistics was part of the CEO’s remit.
Before joining PUMA, Andreas served as Chief Information Officer at Adidas until June 2025, where he led the company’s global technology strategy, systems, applications, and IT services for over four years. He began his journey with Adidas in 2005 and held multiple leadership roles throughout his tenure. He spent 12 years in Hong Kong, where he held several key sourcing roles, including Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing.

As of September 1, 2025, PUMA’s Management Board will consist of Arthur Hoeld (CEO), Markus Neubrand (Chief Financial Officer), Maria Valdes (Chief Product Officer), Matthias Bäumer (Chief Commercial Officer) and Andreas Hubert (Chief Operating Officer).
