Publicis Groupe has secured PayPal’s global media mandate.
Previously handled by WPP’s GroupM since late 2023, the account was relinquished earlier this year, with GroupM opting to pursue other opportunities.
This win adds to Publicis Groupe’s strong momentum in 2025, joining a string of high-profile global media accounts, including Mars, Coca-Cola, and Paramount.
The partnership aligns with PayPal’s ongoing expansion of its advertising division, PayPal Ads, as the company aims to harness transaction-level insights and solidify its footprint in the rapidly growing retail media landscape.
