Publicis Groupe has named Divya Kathuria as its new Vice President – Learning, Capability Development and Talent Management. In her new mandate, she will spearhead the Groupe’s strategic people-development agenda, strengthening its learning ecosystem, accelerating capability-building programmes, and empowering teams to reach their highest potential.
Divya joins Publicis Groupe after a seven-year tenure at JioStar, where she served as AVP – Learning, Talent and Engagement. During her time there, she was instrumental in steering large-scale organisational transformation. Her initiatives spanned the implementation of AI-powered solutions, creation of a structured skill taxonomy, enhancement of the employer value proposition, and the development of leadership programmes that significantly improved managerial effectiveness. She joined the company when it operated as Viacom18 and played a meaningful role in its evolution into JioStar.
With more than 10 years of experience, Divya has consistently driven people-centric strategies and guided cultural transformation across industries. Prior to JioStar, she contributed to key talent, learning, and organisational development mandates through roles at EY, Mercer and IBM.
She holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University, along with an engineering degree from Nagpur University.
