Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AdtechToday, we value our customers and strive to provide complete transparency regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read the policy carefully before making any payments or bookings.

1. Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If an event is canceled by AdtechToday, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • An email notification will be sent to all affected participants regarding the cancellation and refund process.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations requested by participants before 15 days will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • Additional 5–7 business days may be required by banks or payment gateways to reflect the amount in your account.

4. Early Bird & Discounted Tickets

  • Early bird or discounted tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
