Performics India Strengthens Leadership With Dual Elevations: Cyrus Shroff And Shweta Shroff Step into Key Roles

Mumbai, IndiaPerformics India, the performance marketing arm of Publicis Groupe India, has announced significant leadership advancements with the elevation of Cyrus Shroff as Chief Client Officer and Shweta Shroff as Chief Product Officer. Both leaders will operate from the agency’s Mumbai headquarters and continue to report to Gautam Surath, Chief Operating Officer, Performics India.

In his expanded mandate, Cyrus will now lead all core industry verticals at Performics India, including CPG, BFSI, fintech, OTT, gaming, telecom, travel, logistics, and more. His role is deeply focused on aligning with client CXOs to translate business priorities into impactful, data-led solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
