Geetu Bhatnagar has stepped down from her role as Head of Marketing at Oracle India after serving in the position for a decade. During her long tenure, she played a key role in driving marketing initiatives for the company’s cloud, data, and AI portfolio.
Bhatnagar led marketing frameworks for ISVs and partners across Japan and the Asia Pacific region while also managing global programmes and demand-generation efforts through digital and immersive campaign formats. Her experience spans several leadership roles across technology, consulting, and enterprise marketing.
Before joining Oracle in 2015, she worked as a brand advisor in New Delhi, supporting strategic communication and public engagement projects. She previously spent close to two years at Microsoft as Senior Director and Enterprise Marketing Lead, where she oversaw marketing for enterprise, mid-market, and public sector clients and headed campaigns for Azure, Windows, and Office 365.
Earlier, Bhatnagar spent nearly five years with Hewlett-Packard, focusing on public sector sales and solutions marketing, where she managed large integrated IT programmes and supported business growth. Her earlier career includes leadership and business development roles at Primera Networks, Compaq, and Telstra, with responsibilities ranging from enterprise connectivity to government sector expansion. She began her professional journey in the early 1990s at Autodoor Industries, working in sales and strategy for building automation systems.
