One Hand Clap, the creative agency co-founded by Aakash Shah and Naveed Manakkodan, has received backing from entrepreneur and Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath. The investment marks a major milestone for the agency as it looks to expand its footprint in the creative and digital storytelling space.
Founded by two former AIB heads, One Hand Clap has quickly built a reputation for bold, unconventional campaigns. The agency counts Swiggy, Netflix India, Chetak, BGMI, CRED, Ather, EMotorad, Bumble, and Prime Video India among its growing list of clients.
“We’ve always aimed to break away from the expected,” said Aakash Shah, Co-founder. “Nikhil understands that. He shares our vision to create work that goes beyond algorithms and builds stories that stick.”
Co-founder Naveed Manakkodan added, “In today’s fast-moving digital world, the value of real, quick-turnaround storytelling can’t be overstated. Nikhil’s support reinforces our belief that the future of creative agencies lies in being both authentic and agile.”
With this partnership, One Hand Clap plans to push boundaries and reshape the traditional agency model—prioritising speed, originality, and cultural relevance in a content-saturated world.
