Oindrila Roy, former Managing Director of Publicis Worldwide India, has officially announced her resignation after a successful three-year tenure. Known for her dynamic leadership in brand strategy and marketing, Roy now steps into entrepreneurship with the launch of her own venture, Opinion Incubator.

During her time at Publicis India, Roy spearheaded award-winning campaigns and led strategic growth across sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, ed-tech, e-commerce, and D2C brands. She described her journey as a “demanding, transformative, fiercely rewarding chapter” filled with leadership lessons and organizational impact.

Roy joined Publicis Worldwide in August 2022 and leaves behind a legacy of creative leadership and business innovation.

Introducing ‘Opinion Incubator’ – A New Venture

Hinting at her next move, Roy revealed her latest endeavor—Opinion Incubator, a platform she plans to build from the ground up using her two decades of industry experience.
“It’s time now to step into a new chapter, one where I take everything I have learnt and pour it into building something of my own,” she shared.

Though details are still under wraps, Opinion Incubator is expected to focus on strategic brand building, thought leadership, and marketing transformation—areas where Roy has built her reputation.

A Legacy Across Leading Agencies

Prior to Publicis, Roy held leadership roles at top agencies including JWT, Leo Burnett, Edelweiss, and EssenceMediacom (WPP Media). Her deep strategic insight and cross-industry experience make her a formidable force in the Indian advertising and communications industry.
