Ogilvy Group Singapore Appoints Shirley Tay As CEO To Oversee Integrated Agency Operations

Singapore — Ogilvy Group Singapore has announced the appointment of Shirley Tay as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026.

In this expanded role, Tay will lead the streamlined business operations of both Ogilvy Singapore and Grey Singapore, guiding a more unified approach while maintaining the individual identities of both agencies. She will collaborate closely with the leadership teams to amplify shared strengths, unlock synergies, and enhance the group’s market impact.

Sharing her vision for the role, Tay said, “I’m privileged to take on this responsibility. My focus will be on nurturing the distinct strengths and rich legacies that both Ogilvy and Grey have established in Singapore, while driving collaboration and innovation to deliver world-class creativity and business impact for our clients.”

Tay’s connection with Ogilvy dates back to 2000, when she first joined the Singapore office. She later became Managing Director of Advertising, guiding major creative and strategic mandates for brands such as the Singapore Tourism Board, Health Promotion Board, BMW Asia, and NEA.

Her career also includes founding a regional hub for ZOO Group and serving as CEO of Young & Rubicam Singapore before returning to Ogilvy in 2019. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Client Officer, where she supported key clients including Changi Airport Group, HSBC, Prudential, Decathlon, Japan Airlines, and Nestlé.

Kunal Jeswani will continue in his capacity as CEO of Ogilvy Group ASEAN.
