Nikita Aneja has joined Netflix’s talent team, where she will focus on HR business partnering and contribute to building high-performing teams and fostering a strong company culture. She shared the news on her LinkedIn profile.
Prior to this, Aneja led HR for the ads business at JioHotstar, where she was instrumental in integrating the revenue function following the merger. She also served as Head of HR for the Sports division at Viacom18, overseeing the HR strategy for JioCinema’s expanding sports portfolio and its integration with Disney Star.
With over 10 years of HR leadership experience across sectors including media, entertainment, financial services, and automotive, she has previously held roles at Disney Star, Edelweiss, Tata Motors, and Godrej. Aneja is an alumna of the Goa Institute of Management and Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
