Grey India has announced the appointment of Nikhil Guha as Executive Creative Director and Mahima Kukreja as Group Creative Director, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to delivering famously effective ideas and shaping the next phase of creative excellence in Delhi.
Nikhil Guha returns to Grey India, where he began his career, bringing over 17 years of experience across leading agencies including Leo Burnett, McCann, Havas, Publicis, and Contract. Guha’s award-winning work includes a Cannes Lion and a Grand Prix for Good at the APAC Effies. Known for ideas that resonate both in jury rooms and boardrooms, he has a proven track record of driving creative and business impact.

Mahima Kukreja, appointed as Group Creative Director, brings 14 years of creative leadership experience from top agencies including DDB, .Monks, and Ogilvy. She has worked on major brands such as Mondelez, Tata, and Amazon, with campaigns spanning digital films, social-first initiatives, and tech-powered storytelling. Kukreja’s work has received national and international recognition, including Effies and Kyoorius Awards, and she was selected for the prestigious Cannes Lions See It Be It program in 2025.
