Coca-Cola India has elevated Narayanan S to the role of Senior Director – eCommerce, marking a significant step in his long-standing journey with the beverage major. With over 13 years spent shaping the company’s channel strategy in India, Narayanan moves into the expanded role with deep institutional knowledge and execution experience.

Widely regarded as an “expert generalist,” Narayanan brings more than two decades of experience spanning brand building, operations, and strategic growth. As per his professional profile, he played a key role in establishing Coca-Cola India’s eCommerce B2C and B2B verticals, successfully building future-ready business models anchored in strong commercial fundamentals.

Prior to this elevation, Narayanan led the company’s on-premise channels, managing critical consumption touchpoints such as food services, cinemas, and hotels. His career also includes oversight of organised travel channels, including railways, airlines, and airports, highlighting his ability to manage diverse and complex distribution ecosystems.

A marketer at heart, Narayanan has also held brand leadership roles within the organisation. As Senior Brand Manager for Minute Maid, he spearheaded multiple prominent product launches, combining consumer insight with scale and execution rigor.

An alumnus of ESCP Europe, Paris, and MDI Gurgaon, Narayanan is known for his leadership philosophy inspired by Ubuntu—centred on collaboration, collective success, and selfless teamwork.
