Monks has strengthened its global leadership team with the appointment of Kristine Kobe as Executive Vice President – Global Client Leader. She joins the company from Accenture Song, where she previously served as Managing Director.
In her new role at Monks, Kobe will lead the global General Motors account, with a mandate to drive innovation, integrated marketing orchestration, and AI-led transformation across the brand’s portfolio worldwide.

With more than two decades of industry experience, Kobe brings expertise across advertising, brand building, change management, revenue growth strategy, and digital and brand transformation. Before Accenture Song, she held senior leadership roles at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc, OLIVER Agency, Deloitte, Digitas North America, Leo Burnett, FCB Global, Element79 Limited, BBDO Minneapolis, Hot Dish Advertising, and Campbell Mithun Inc.
Her appointment highlights Monks’ continued focus on enhancing senior client leadership and delivering technology-driven, creative solutions for global brands.
