Mehak Rampal has taken on a new role at L’Oréal, where she will head the Advocacy & Influence function within the company’s CDMO team.
She makes the move after nearly three years at Starcom, where she was Senior Director. Over the course of her career, Rampal has held senior positions at agencies including Mindshare, Interactive Avenues, and Wavemaker, building wide experience across media, digital, and integrated marketing.
Announcing the shift on LinkedIn, Rampal described the move as both “surreal and special” as she transitions from agency life to the brand side. She expressed gratitude for the friendships and learnings that shaped her career and said she looks forward to building new experiences at L’Oréal.
