M+C Saatchi Group has announced the appointment of Rhian Mason as Managing Partner of its newly created Passions & PR division, overseeing M+C Sport & Entertainment, Social, PR, and Influencer offerings.
The appointment strengthens M+C Saatchi’s capabilities in Australia and addresses growing demand for social-first, influencer-driven, and PR-led campaigns that connect brands authentically with culture.
With over 15 years of experience, Mason has led earned-first campaigns across social, influencer, PR, partnerships, and cultural experiences. She joins M+C Saatchi from Clemenger BBDO, where she was Head of Cultural Design, building and leading an earned attention offering. Her career also includes senior roles at Emotive, DDB Group Australia, and Mediabrands across EMEA and Australia.
