New Delhi, India – MARS Cosmetics has announced the appointment of Anshu Arora Sindhwani as Head of Product, marking a key milestone in the brand’s journey toward innovation-driven growth and category leadership.
With over 15 years of experience across the beauty, color cosmetics, and FMCG sectors, Anshu brings a strong track record in consumer-driven innovation, design thinking, and strategic product management. At MARS, she will lead the company’s end-to-end product strategy — spanning new product development, category planning, lifecycle management, and innovation architecture.
Her mandate is to build a robust pipeline of differentiated and inclusive launches that balance creativity, performance, and affordability, aligned with MARS Cosmetics’ vision of “Makeup for Everyone.”
