Manish Kumar, Founder of Videos4Businesses and serial entrepreneur, is redefining video content through AI-led innovation. In this interview, he shares insights on AI-powered storytelling, the evolving agency landscape, and the future of intelligent brand communication.
What is the idea behind launching Videos4Businessess?
The idea behind launching Videos4Businesses stemmed from a clear insight. Video is the most consumed format across industries today. We are in an era where content creation has become essential for businesses, but they are constrained by creativity, cost, time and scalability. As digital-first brands grow and consumer expectations rise, it has become evident that the market lacks a solution that can truly deliver both technology and creativity.
Artificial intelligence is not here to replace creative professionals, it is here to amplify their capabilities, and to help them create more, with greater speed and smarter precision. V4B.ai has been launched with this philosophy at its core, combining cutting-edge AI technology with CGI and VFX. Our expertise is here to help brands build greater engagement, faster turnaround, and measurable cost efficiencies. AI isn’t the future, it’s the present. Businesses that embrace this shift will lead it and with V4B.ai, we are here to make that transition seamless and impactful for brands.
You have a successful agency – DigiOsmosis, and you have seen the agency landscape evolve. Would you like to share some views on the evolution in the last decade?
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to shape the digital presence of some of India’s most iconic personalities and entertainment properties with DigiOsmosis. From crafting the online journeys of leading celebrities to building campaigns for acclaimed films like Dilwaale, Gully Boy, Rustom, Crew and a host of marquee OTT releases, we didn’t just chase trends; we built digital moments that lasted.
The role we played has redefined how India experiences sports and entertainment online. But as the landscape evolved, so did our vision. It became clear that the next big leap wouldn’t come from just creativity, it would be powered by intelligent technology. The digital evolution has been highly dynamic, and brands have been lapping up all new trends and technologies. Indian agency landscape has evolved and grown at a very high rate, and influencer marketing too has played a great role in shifting agency dynamics.
Now, we are seeing the same type of shift and adaption on AI. And with ‘V4B.ai’, this leap is our bold move into AI-driven content creation. We’re building a platform that allows brands to create high-quality, personalized video content at scale. Faster and smarter.
How are AI driven businesses in India placed currently?
From FinTech and Healthcare to e-commerce and content creation, companies are integrating AI to streamline operations, optimize customer engagement, and drive business growth. Government initiatives like Digital India and NITI Aayog’s AI strategy are fostering a strong AI ecosystem, encouraging innovation and adoption.
The rise of AI-led startups, increased investments, and global collaborations are further accelerating India’s AI evolution. Businesses are now using AI for predictive analytics, virtual assistants, and hyper-personalized experiences, reducing operational costs and improving decision-making.
Despite challenges like data privacy and talent gaps, India is emerging as a global AI hub, and AI could become an essential driver of India’s economic and technological growth.
How is AI transforming the future of video content creation, reducing dependence on traditional shoots and actors?
Today, AI is transforming video content creation by reducing reliance on traditional shoots, actors, and costly production setups. Businesses can now generate high-quality videos using virtual avatars, voice-overs, and editing, streamlining the entire process. The rise of AI-powered influencers and hyper-realistic digital humans is reshaping brand storytelling, enabling seamless content production without extensive filming.
Generative AI further can automate scriptwriting, scene creation, and localization, allowing businesses to scale content effortlessly. AI-driven tools also optimize video performance through predictive analytics, ensuring better audience engagement. As companies increasingly adopt AI for marketing, training, and customer communication, video production is becoming more accessible, cost-effective, and personalized ushering in a new era of content creation.
What are the key benefits and challenges of using AI-generated avatars and virtual humans in brand storytelling?
AI-generated avatars are transforming brand storytelling. Who wouldn’t want their content to be cost-effective, scalable, and engaging? The first step is eliminating the need for traditional shoots, reducing production costs while ensuring a consistent brand identity across platforms. With AI, brands can create virtual influencers who interact with audiences in real-time. These avatars can speak to the whole world, adapted for multiple languages. Additionally, AI streamlines the entire production process, from scriptwriting to voiceovers, accelerating content delivery.
However, some challenges remain. Audiences may find AI avatars less authentic and relatable compared to real influencers. Ethical concerns, including deepfake misuse, environmental issues, transparency, and copyright issues, also need careful regulation. While AI-driven avatars reduce long-term costs, the initial investment in developing hyper-realistic models can be high. Consumer acceptance of AI in brand storytelling is still evolving, and brands must balance innovation with credibility. Despite these challenges, AI avatars are shaping the future of digital marketing.
