LePub Singapore Strengthens Leadership and Creative Team with Key Senior Appointments

Singapore – LePub Singapore, the culturally-driven creative agency, has announced a major expansion of its leadership and creative capabilities with a wave of senior appointments. This strategic move marks the agency’s continued momentum and commitment to driving bold, culture-forward work in the region.

Penny Sadlier Appointed as Managing Director

At the helm of this new chapter is Penny Sadlier, who steps into the role of Managing Director. Sadlier brings a wealth of experience in building impactful brands and integrated campaigns. She will continue her role as Managing Director, PG One, overseeing 14 P&G brands across 12 APAC markets, while expanding her leadership at LePub Singapore. Sadlier reports to Amrita Randhawa, Southeast Asia CEO of Publicis Groupe.

Sadlier has spent over a decade in Asia and has led business growth across sectors including FMCG, automotive, F&B, and pharmaceuticals. A decorated industry leader, she has been recognized with awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and Clios, and was named APAC Growth Leader of the Year 2024 by Campaign Asia.

Creative and Client Services Powerhouses Join the Team

Joining Sadlier are five senior hires across creative and client service functions:

  • Bruno Andrade and Pedro Pedreira step in as Creative Directors, joining from Ogilvy Singapore. The duo are known for their excellence in craft and visual storytelling.

  • Francesca Babet joins as Client Services Director, bringing her expertise in creative storytelling and global brand leadership. She was formerly Global Brand Director at Publicis Groupe Singapore and will now oversee key accounts including Heineken.

  • Ernest Kok and Claudius Keng join as Senior Copywriter and Senior Art Director respectively. Previously with MullenLowe Singapore, the award-winning duo ranked among Singapore’s most awarded creatives in the 2024 Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings, having led the acclaimed PRISM+ “As Close As It Gets” campaign.
