The company has onboarded Priti Deorukhkar as Head of Design, and Mayank Bhave as Business Head – Procurement (Capex & Opex, Non-Food), both of whom bring deep domain expertise and will play pivotal roles in supporting Lenexis’ aggressive growth and transformation agenda.
“At Lenexis, we believe that people build brands. As we accelerate our expansion, we are bringing in proven talent who combine domain expertise with a shared vision for building a new-age, consumer-led QSR experience in India. Priti Deorukhkar – Head of Design
With over 20 years of design leadership, Priti Deorukhkar joins Lenexis to lead the end-to-end store design, customer experience, and visual identity for Chinese Wok and Big Bowl. She has previously led impactful design mandates at McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Future group, Hypercity, and Shoppers Stop, among others.
At McDonald’s, she rolled out many stores and spearheaded the localization of international concepts like McCafé and International Design. Her most recent stint at 7-Eleven saw her design scalable, future-forward formats tailored for Indian consumers.
Priti’s appointment comes at a crucial moment as Lenexis revamps its dine-in environments to be more vibrant, social, digitally integrated aligning store design with evolving consumer expectations, enhancing customer experience, drive brand growth and the company’s national expansion strategy.
