With an impressive portfolio built across some of the world’s most respected companies, Lavani brings a wealth of experience to the role. She most recently led brand and reputation marketing for Google and YouTube in India—two of the most influential digital platforms in the region. Prior to her time at Google, Lavani held leadership positions at Uber, Procter & Gamble, and 3M, gaining hands-on expertise across categories and consumer segments.
Her appointment signals Mastercard’s continued focus on deepening market relevance, strengthening brand equity, and driving communications that resonate with diverse consumer bases across India and South Asia.
