Kwality Walls India Limited has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Pallavi Roy as Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs. Roy shared the news of her transition through a LinkedIn post, describing the move as a meaningful step toward joining a brand she has long admired.
Roy joins the ice cream major from Runaya Group, a Vedanta Limited company, where she previously led corporate communications. During her tenure, she played a key role in building the group’s end-to-end communications framework across its diversified businesses, driving strategic storytelling, shaping brand narratives, and strengthening corporate reputation, particularly within advanced manufacturing sectors.
With over a decade of experience in integrated communications, Roy brings expertise across automobiles, FMCG, and advanced manufacturing, having worked with organisations such as Tata Motors and MSL GROUP India. Her professional background includes customer experience, ESG communication, and purpose-led corporate campaigns, underpinned by data-driven and insight-led strategies for leading brands.
A Mass Communication and Public Relations graduate from the International School of Business & Media, Roy is recognised for her collaborative working style with C-suite leaders, focusing on executive visibility, internal culture-building, and aligning employee experience with external brand narratives. She has also consistently championed communication as a “force for good,” delivering impactful CSR and sustainability storytelling initiatives.
In her new role at Kwality Walls India Limited, Roy will apply her expertise in brand strategy and reputation management to build “meaningful stories” and “shape the next chapter” for the iconic brand.
