KreditBee Partners With Truecaller To Strengthen Customer Communication And Trust

KreditBee has strengthened its customer engagement strategy by leveraging solutions from Truecaller to enhance transparency, trust, and efficiency across customer interactions.

The online credit platform has integrated Truecaller’s Customer Experience Solution Suite as part of its continued focus on building confidence and convenience in the digital lending space. Through Verified Business Caller ID, KreditBee can now display its brand identity—including logo, category, verification tick, and green badge—helping customers instantly recognise authentic calls.

Additional features such as Call Reason allow customers to understand the purpose of incoming calls, whether related to KYC updates, loan disbursement, EMI reminders, or support queries. KreditBee has also adopted the Call Me Back feature, enabling users to schedule call-back times, reducing missed communications and improving loan disbursement and collection outcomes.
