Mindshare Fulcrum has appointed Kosal Malladi as its new Digital Head, reinforcing its focus on digital transformation.
With over 15 years of experience across IT, digital media, and entrepreneurship, Kosal brings strategic depth and hands-on expertise. Starting his career in IT, he later transitioned into digital media, leading campaigns across Auto, BFSI, FMCG, Entertainment, and Social sectors.
His dual exposure to agency and client-side roles enables him to align brand goals with effective media strategies. Kosal is known for his data-driven approach, creative thinking, and insight into shifting consumer behavior.
An innovator at heart, he founded e-Daan, a not-for-profit platform linking donors with NGOs, and has explored ventures in e-commerce and food tech.
In his new role, he will lead Mindshare Fulcrum’s digital strategies, focusing on performance, innovation, and full-funnel growth for clients.
