BBDO India has announced the appointment of Kirti Meera Sharad as Senior Vice President – Strategy, further strengthening its strategic leadership team. With over 18 years of experience in brand building, marketing strategy, and leadership, Kirti brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the agency.
Prior to joining BBDO India, Kirti served as Strategy Lead – INSWA, Studio X at WPP, where she led strategic initiatives for The Coca-Cola Company, working across global and regional brand mandates. Her work focused on crafting impactful narratives that resonated with diverse audiences, reinforcing brand value on an international scale.

Kirti’s career includes key positions at Contract Advertising India, Havas Group India, Leo Burnett, FCB Interface, and Flame University, where she contributed significantly to both brand strategy and academic discourse. Her journey began at SEED Infotech in 2006, and she has since shaped communication strategies for globally recognized brands such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Reckitt, ITC Limited, Henkel, Parle Agro, Bata, and California Almonds.
Her core areas of expertise include Brand Management, Strategic Thinking, Consumer Behaviour, Business Strategy, Advertising, and Market Research—making her a strong strategic force for BBDO India’s ever-evolving client ecosystem.
