Kimberlee Wells Appointed CEO of TBWA\Australia

TBWA has announced the appointment of Kimberlee Wells as Chief Executive Officer of TBWA\Australia, expanding her leadership across both the Sydney and Melbourne markets.

Wells has led TBWA\Melbourne for nearly a decade, steering the agency through sustained growth and building long-lasting client partnerships, including NAB and Australian Defence Force Recruiting. Her leadership has delivered record impact across commercial results, brand health, and customer satisfaction.

Before joining TBWA in 2011, Wells served as General Manager of M+C Saatchi’s Mark, GM of Clemenger Proximity, and head of direct at M+C Saatchi Sydney. She also held previous roles at George Patterson Y&R and Wunderman.

Wells’ appointment coincides with Omnicom’s Oceania model rollout across Australia and New Zealand, under the leadership of Nick Garrett, CEO. As part of this structure, TBWA\New Zealand will report directly into the wider Omnicom Oceania organization, while Catherine Harris (CEO) and Shane Bradnick (CCO) continue to lead the New Zealand operations.

I’m looking forward to working closely with her and her leadership team to design the future for our clients, supported by the full strength of Omnicom Oceania.”
