Kaustubh Chandra Appointed CMO, ServiceNow India

ServiceNow has appointed Kaustubh Chandra (KC) as its Chief Marketing Officer for India, following his recent departure from Airtel Business. In his new role, Chandra will head ServiceNow India’s marketing function, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and accelerating enterprise adoption as Indian organisations increasingly invest in digital workflow automation and platform-driven transformation.

Chandra brings more than 20 years of experience across enterprise technology, IT services, and telecommunications, with a strong background in B2B marketing and go-to-market leadership. Before joining ServiceNow, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Airtel Business, where he led the marketing strategy for the company’s enterprise offerings, spanning brand building, digital sales, and sales operations. He also played a pivotal role in strengthening Airtel Business’s positioning across cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.

Earlier in his career, Chandra held leadership roles at global organisations such as NTT and IBM, where he gained extensive experience in marketing, sales enablement, and business transformation. His appointment further strengthens ServiceNow’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its enterprise presence in India.
