WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2025 – SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: INNOCEAN, the global marketing communications network, has announced the appointment of Jung A Kim as its new Global Chief Executive Officer. Kim succeeds William Lee, who successfully led the network over the past five years and will continue to serve as Senior Advisor during the leadership transition.
A creative visionary with nearly two decades at INNOCEAN, Jung A Kim previously served as Chief Creative Officer of INNOCEAN Korea, where she played a defining role in shaping the agency’s creative identity and strengthening its global reputation. Her appointment marks a historic milestone as the first woman to hold the CEO position at INNOCEAN.
Under her leadership, INNOCEAN will advance three key global priorities:
Elevating creativity as the cornerstone of its business growth strategy.
Embracing artificial intelligence (AI) as a creative accelerator to amplify innovation and efficiency.
Fostering a culture of openness and collaboration across offices to nurture diverse creative talent.

Throughout her career, Kim has led award-winning campaigns for Hyundai Motor Group, Hanwha Group, Google Korea, and Domino’s Pizza. Notably, she spearheaded Hyundai’s Cannes Lions Grand Prix-winning campaign, ‘Night Fishing.’
Kim’s work has earned recognition from global advertising festivals including Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, and the Clio Awards. Her appointment reflects INNOCEAN’s continued growth momentum and strategic focus on innovation-driven creativity across its global network.
