Ipsos, a global leader in market research and insights, today announced the appointment of Jean-Laurent Poitou as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 15, 2025. He will succeed Ben Page, who has served as Global CEO since 2021 and will conclude his remarkable 38-year journey at Ipsos.
The Board of Directors of Ipsos emphasized that the market research industry continues to evolve rapidly, with growing demand from businesses and public institutions for faster, more reliable, and AI-powered insights. Leveraging its global scale, deep expertise, and trusted client relationships, Ipsos is well-positioned to accelerate its growth trajectory under Poitou’s leadership.
The Board expressed gratitude to Ben Page for his decades of contribution, noting his pivotal role in strengthening Ipsos’ global leadership and expanding its client base. Reflecting on his career, Page said:

Jean-Laurent Poitou is a graduate of École Polytechnique and a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of international management experience at Accenture across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. Most recently, he led Digital and Technology Services at Alvarez & Marsal across EMEA, where he supported numerous organizations in digital transformation, modernization, and artificial intelligence adoption.
Poitou’s expertise in emerging technologies, AI integration, and global business strategy makes him uniquely positioned to drive Ipsos’ transformation.
