ITC Appoints Vinay Virwani as Head of Consumer Insights for Personal Care Division

ITC has appointed Vinay Virwani as the new Head of Consumer Insights for its Personal Care division. In his new role, Virwani will lead consumer research initiatives, strengthen insights-driven strategies, and contribute to business growth across ITC’s personal care portfolio.

Virwani shared the update on LinkedIn, reflecting his transition into this strategic leadership role.

He brings extensive experience in consumer insights and brand strategy, having previously served as Head of Consumer Insights at Dabur India from May 2021 to September 2025. Prior to Dabur, he worked with Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, where he held roles including Consumer and Market Insights Manager, Global Category, Health (January 2018 – May 2021) and PO1 CMI Manager, Developing Markets – Harpic (August 2017 – December 2017).

Earlier in his career, Virwani spent a significant tenure at SC Johnson, taking on roles such as Lead, Marketing Commercialization (Group Product Manager), Group Product Manager, Senior Brand Manager – Air Care, and Brand Manager – Pest Control (Baygon). He began his career at TNS as a Senior Research Executive from 2004 to 2006.

With his appointment, ITC reinforces its focus on consumer-centric strategies and insights-driven growth within its Personal Care division, aiming to strengthen its market presence and continue delivering innovative solutions for Indian consumers.
