India’s Agencies Shine at The One Show 2025 with 10 Prestigious Pencils

Six Indian agencies earned a total of 10 coveted Pencils — two Silver and eight Bronze — at The One Show 2025, the global creative awards celebrated annually. The announcement preceded the grand finale at Creative Week 2025, held in New York, where top honours like Best of Show and Agency of the Year will be revealed. 

Indian Winners at The One Show 2025

Among the Silver Pencil recipients:

  • Dentsu Creative Gurugram, collaborating with Dentsu Creative Lisbon, Morphedo Technologies Noida, and Useful Garbage Creations Mumbai, earned recognition for their “Motorola Deep Connect” campaign in the category of Creative Use of Technology, Experiential – In-person.
  • McCann Worldgroup India Gurugram was awarded Silver for “Fit My Feet,” a campaign for Buckaroo Footwear, in IP & Product Design under Products for Good.

Bronze awards included:

  • “Motorola Deep Connect” again recognized in Interactive, Online & Mobile, Physical Product & Mobile Integration by the same Dentsu collaboration.
  • Havas Creative India Mumbai, alongside Bennett Coleman Mumbai, Mr Pink Music São Paulo, and Galloping Horse Production Mumbai, won multiple Bronze Pencils for their impactful “Ink Of Democracy” campaign for The Times Of India across Direct Marketing, Print & Promotional categories.
  • Leo India Mumbai’s “Turf Finder” for Gatorade secured a Bronze in Out of Home, Brand Installations.
  • McCann Worldgroup India Gurugram’s “Fit My Feet” was also recognized in Health & Wellness, Products.
  • Ogilvy Bengaluru’s “Eye Test Menua” for Titan Eye+ gained Bronze for Out of Home Innovation.
  • Ogilvy Mumbai’s “Handwash Legend” for Savlon received Bronze in Health & Wellness, Social Media.

Merit Awards and Global Highlights

McCann Worldgroup India led with five Merits, followed by Leo India Mumbai with four, and several agencies including Ogilvy Mumbai, Dentsu Creative Gurugram, Havas Creative Mumbai, and others sharing remaining Merits. 

Globally, FCB New York dominated with 35 Gold Pencils, notably 28 for “Spreadbeats,” a Spotify campaign, which became The One Show 2025’s most awarded entry. 

The competition drew nearly 20,000 entries from 62 countries, with global juries awarding a total of 156 Gold, 197 Silver, 270 Bronze, and 1,027 Merit honours. 

Creative Week and The One Show Ceremony

Creative Week 2025, a major event for the advertising and design community, included awards ceremonies for The One Show, ADC Annual Awards, Type Directors Club, and featured new initiatives such as the Executive AI Creative Summit and the inaugural Creative Week AI Creative Challenge.

The One Show 2025 gala, hosted by comedian Leslie Jones, will crown the top winners and announce the Global Creative Rankings on May 19, 2025.

Alongside The One Show 2025 ceremony, Creative Week also featured a range of initiatives including the Young Ones Student Awards, Type Directors Club TDC71 showcase, ADC 104th Annual Awards, and the first-ever Creative Week AI Creative Challenge — all designed to push boundaries and nurture emerging talent.
