HumanX Wins Strategic Design Mandate To Transform UIDAI’s Aadhaar Platform

HumanX, a Mumbai-based CX design studio, has secured the mandate to redesign the Unique Identification Authority of India’s (UIDAI) Aadhaar platform.

Under this engagement, HumanX will lead the transformation of the digital experience for Aadhaar Number Holders (ANH), focusing on building an intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly ecosystem. With Aadhaar supporting over 137 crore unique identities, the project involves reimagining a population-scale digital credential system that spans multiple channels and touchpoints.

Recognising India’s diversity in geography, connectivity, and levels of technology adoption, the initiative will prioritise inclusivity and trust. The aim is to ensure that the Aadhaar ecosystem remains accessible, secure, and privacy-focused for users across devices, regions, and connectivity environments.

Design Director at HumanX, Shreya Gulati said, “Working on Aadhaar is both a privilege and a responsibility.
