Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced leadership changes effective January 1, 2026. Vandana Suri has been appointed to the HUL Management Committee as Executive Director, Home Care, succeeding Srinandan Sundaram, who will transition to the role of CEO, Unilever International.
Suri brings extensive category and market experience to her new mandate. At HUL, she has previously overseen the premium laundry portfolio and, as Vice President – Skin Care & Colour Cosmetics within the Beauty & Wellbeing division, drove the brand’s premiumization agenda with a focus on emerging product spaces. Most recently, she served as GM for Beauty & Wellbeing in Indonesia, where she led a strong transformation program and accelerated the division’s growth.
