Hono Appoints Ravi Kikan As Chief Marketing And Growth Officer

Hono has announced the appointment of Ravi Kikan as its Chief Marketing and Growth Officer. In this capacity, Kikan will oversee the company’s marketing direction, brand positioning, and growth strategy across its product offerings.

His role will involve spearheading customer acquisition initiatives, refining market communication, and ensuring that marketing strategies are closely aligned with Hono’s broader business goals.

Kikan brings significant experience in leading marketing functions and scaling businesses within technology-focused organizations. At Hono, he will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s go-to-market approach, accelerating revenue growth, and enhancing long-term brand value.

As part of his responsibilities, Kikan will work towards developing scalable marketing systems tailored to enterprise as well as mid-market clients. He will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to drive cohesive growth outcomes.

Prior to joining Hono, Kikan has held roles at ZingHR, Citigroup, Plus Offices, and Indiabulls, among others.
