Honasa Consumer Ltd. Elevates Neha Malhotra to Vice President – Marketing & Communications

Honasa Consumer Ltd., the parent company of leading personal care brands including Mamaearth, has announced the promotion of Neha Malhotra to Vice President – Marketing & Communications. In this expanded leadership role, Neha will drive Creator Partnerships, Corporate Communications, and Public Affairs, helping shape brand narratives at the intersection of purpose, culture, and influence.

Neha’s elevation marks a key milestone in her journey with Honasa. She joined the company in May 2023 as Head of Creator Partnerships, where she was instrumental in strengthening Honasa’s relationships with the content creator ecosystem. Her innovative approach to influencer marketing and brand storytelling played a crucial role in driving engagement and visibility for the company’s brands, paving the way for her well-deserved promotion.

In her new capacity, Neha will be responsible for leading integrated communication strategies that align with Honasa’s mission to build purpose-driven, culturally relevant brands. Her focus will be on scaling creator-led collaborations, building strong public relations narratives, and managing corporate reputation across stakeholders and platforms.

With over 12 years of diverse experience in marketing, brand building, and creative leadership, Neha brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and storytelling to the table. Prior to Honasa, she served as Head of Brand Content, Creative & Communications at HealthKart, and co-founded Soledition, India’s first sneaker festival. She has also worked independently as an Executive Producer and previously held key marketing roles at Adidas India, specializing in Brand Activation and Category Marketing.

Neha’s elevation reinforces Honasa Consumer’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing internal talent while building future-ready leadership for the dynamic personal care landscape in India.
