Honasa Consumer Appoints Yatish Bhargava As Chief Business Officer

Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of personal care brand Mamaearth, has brought onboard seasoned business leader Yatish Bhargava as its new Chief Business Officer, effective June 17.

With over 17 years of experience across India’s top FMCG and e-commerce companies, Yatish’s appointment signals Honasa’s continued focus on scaling its omnichannel growth and deepening its presence in both traditional and digital retail ecosystems.

Yatish has previously held pivotal leadership positions at Flipkart and Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he was instrumental in driving category transformations, building high-performing GTM strategies, and managing large-scale teams. His cross-functional experience across General Trade, Modern Trade, and e-commerce is expected to play a key role in further strengthening Honasa’s multi-channel consumer engagement strategy.

The company officially confirmed his appointment via a regulatory filing. In the filing, Honasa Consumer highlighted Yatish’s track record of building and scaling consumer-first businesses, backed by a strong understanding of P&L leadership and operational excellence.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, Yatish brings not only strategic depth but also a future-forward mindset critical to navigating the fast-evolving personal care and wellness category.

With this move, Honasa continues to build a leadership team aligned with its mission of building purpose-led brands for millennial and Gen Z consumers, across both Indian and global markets.
