Google Promotes Jitendra Kumar To Lead U.S. Mid-Market Agency Partnerships

Google has elevated senior executive Jitendra Kumar to a key leadership role overseeing the company’s relationships with mid-market agencies across the United States, according to industry sources.

Kumar has been appointed Director of U.S. Agency Partnerships, expanding his responsibilities after previously serving as Director of U.S. Agency (West Coast) and Director of Venture Capital and Private Equity Partnerships.

A two-decade veteran at Google, Kumar—widely known as “Jitu” among agency partners—has played a pivotal role in managing and strengthening agency relationships tied to offerings such as Google Customer Solutions and Google Marketing Solutions.

In his new role, Kumar will continue to focus on deepening strategic collaboration with agency partners, particularly those serving fast-growing and critical mid-market advertisers. He will report to Alicia Carey, Managing Director of Agency, Platforms, and Investor Partnerships for Google Customer Solutions.
