Get Ready for MatheMedia: A New Podcast on the New Media Shift by Shripad Kulkarni

Enter MatheMedia, a first-of-its-kind podcast series that will shed light on these complexities & bring clarity amidst the chaos. It will offer viewers a hybrid experience, which will be part CMO briefing & part masterclass. These industry experts will discuss real-world insights & forward-looking strategies suited to India’s unique market challenges, hence unveiling the new rules for media in marketing

MatheMedia’s core mission is to be both practical & visionary. It will decode these new rules through research, dialogue & shared expertise. It will empower leaders to not just adapt but actively shape the future. In each episode, viewers can expect candid debate on the role of AI and tech innovations in media and marketing & how brands and agencies can work together. It will also strive to create unified, privacy-compliant measurement systems. In short, it will give a framework on how to be ready for this disruptive era.

The main objective of this series is to provide a new perspective on the media & communications sector for the mobile-first audience. These professionals from the various verticals of the industry would be discussing the landscape, challenges & upcoming opportunities in the media space. It’s about rewriting the rules of media measurement & channel planning for a market that is hyper-connected, fragmented & is evolving faster than ever. Together, the podcast will explore the new dynamics of discovery, engagement, and commerce as digital & traditional worlds collide. It is collectively aimed at choosing the future that the industry wants with facts, figures & projections 

The first episode is titled as “ The New Media Code”. It will focus on The Media Shift, New Customer Journeys & All New Rules. Shripad Kulkarni has more than 30 years of experience in Media & Marcom. He has served as the CEO of Vizeum, a Dentsu Media company. He was also instrumental in starting Percept Media from scratch. He has worked across categories in various life stages. From legacy brands like Fevicol, Asian Paints, HUL, and BMW to launching challenger brands like Fortune Foods, Yes Bank, and digital-first brands like Airbnb and ShopClues. Capressi, He is also an independent Marcom and media advisor & runs a very ambitious startup in the women’s health sector, ‘readytobemom’. He is well-connected with the industry, having served on many industry bodies and consulted for associations of legacy media. He frequently gives guest lectures at premier institutes.
