Eggfirst, a full-service advertising agency known for its rural and regional marketing expertise, has announced the appointment of Gayatri Gogate as its new Chief Operating Officer.
With over two decades of experience across advertising, marketing, and retail, Gogate brings an impressive track record from leadership stints at industry giants like Leo Burnett, TBWA, McDonald’s India, and Nykaa. She is also the co-founder of FMCG brand Spice Story, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on brand-building experience.
In her new role at Eggfirst, Gogate will be steering key operational functions, enhancing client engagement, and supporting the agency’s ongoing transformation efforts. Her leadership comes at a strategic time as the agency sharpens its focus on delivering high-impact, insight-led solutions for brands across India.
