Mumbai, 29 October 2025: Fortune Hotels, a member of the ITC Hotels Group, has announced the appointment of three seasoned hospitality professionals to strengthen its leadership team and drive operational excellence across key destinations — Haridwar, Siliguri, and Dahej.
The new appointees include Satish Semwal as General Manager at Fortune Park Haridwar, Supriyo Dhali as General Manager, Brand Operations at Fortune Select Siliguri, and Rahul Harish Ghag as Operations Manager, Brand Operations at Fortune Park Dahej. Each brings a wealth of experience, leadership acumen, and a deep commitment to service excellence that aligns with the brand’s growth vision.
A seasoned hotelier with over 18 years of experience, Satish Semwal brings a strong track record in hotel operations, brand management, and guest experience. In his new role, he will lead operations at Fortune Park Haridwar, focusing on elevating service quality and enhancing the brand’s presence in the region.
Throughout his career, Satish has held leadership positions with leading hospitality brands including Lemon Tree Hotels, Sarovar Portico, Amatra Dunsvirk Court Mussoorie, Holiday Inn Katra, and Hilton Worldwide India. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Sarovar Portico Panipat, where he successfully enhanced operational performance and strengthened the hotel’s market position.
Known for his operational acumen and people-first leadership style, Satish is set to play a pivotal role in driving growth and excellence at Fortune Park Haridwar.
With over 25 years of rich industry experience, Supriyo Dhali joins Fortune Select Siliguri as General Manager, Brand Operations. He brings with him a proven record of excellence in hotel management, guest engagement, and brand-led service delivery.
In his new role, Supriyo will oversee the hotel’s end-to-end operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and reinforcing the brand’s footprint in the region. He has previously held leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands such as Sterling Holidays, Lemon Tree Hotels, Club Mahindra, Park Inn by Radisson, Taj Hotels, and ITC Hotels.
Prior to joining Fortune Hotels, Supriyo served as General Manager at Sterling Aravalli, Udaipur, where he led a 70-key upscale resort with multiple banquet venues, significantly enhancing both guest experience and operational efficiency.
Known for his disciplined approach and people-centric leadership, Supriyo will play a key role in driving service excellence and growth at Fortune Select Siliguri.
Rahul Harish Ghag, a distinguished hotelier with over 17 years of extensive experience, has been appointed as Operations Manager, Brand Operations at Fortune Park Dahej.
Rahul brings a solid foundation in hotel operations, guest services, and revenue optimization. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening operational performance and guest satisfaction at the property.
Rahul’s professional journey includes key positions across reputed hospitality chains such as IHCL, The Residency Hotel, and ITC Hotels. Most recently, he served as Accommodation Manager at Fortune Landmark Ahmedabad, where he played a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
