Prior to joining Flipkart, Rajarshi spent 14 years at Amazon, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the India marketplace and scaling diverse categories, including private labels, books, toys, and personal care appliances. His career reflects a unique ability to blend strategic acumen, technological innovation, and people leadership to drive long-term business impact.
